Integration of additive manufacturing throughout a product’s lifecycle has proven over the years to bring substantial competitive advantages companies worldwide. Complex geometries, quick iteration and lead-time reduction are universally seen as biggest benefits 3D printing. North American users also cite cost savings major benefit. More than half technologies’ applications related prototype manufacturing, especially due high-cost in development phase. prototypes often require cross reference when it comes design rules which need be considered during stage. Thus, this study aims analyze various parameters designing complex using material extrusion. Some main issues covered analyzing interference between components, adjusting dimensions component elements according contractions, amount used total scrap costs. In order evaluate abovementioned, case for cold plastic deformation mould was chosen. The components were designed assembled software after which, each part exported *.STL *.Gcode formats. Assembly tests performed on printed adjust dimensions. Project planning propose an accurate time frame final prototype. Cost evaluation consumption discussed relation functional, technological economical restrictions. A budget general proposed printing functional
